Wheat jaggery nuts cake

 


Ingredients:

    1 cup wheat flour

    1 and 1/4 cup jaggery 

    1 tspn baking powder

    1/4 tspn baking soda

    1/2 cup oil 

    1 cup milk 

    Dry roast 1 tspn walnut, cashew and almonds - crush thoroughly 

    1 tspn raising 


Procedure:

    Mix all of the ingredients together 

    Bake at 180 C for 40 mins
