Ekadashi Potato Burrito

 


Made a powder of quinoa and sabudana in a blender. Then add water ginger, salt, chilli. Peanuts

Make a dosa or uttapam and add potato masala inside and fold like a burrito.

Masala.....add jeera, salt red chiili...add potato and little water. 2 whistles in cooker. 

Serve with salsa or glaucomole
