INGREDIENTS :
Baingan -6-8
Dhaniya powder
Jeera Powder
Hing
Red Chili Powder
Haldi
Salt
Amchoor Powder
Garam Masala
Almond Powder
INSTRUCTIONS :
Here is the recipe
Make slits in baingan
Make filling of masalas ( dhaniya jeera powder , hing , red chili haldi , salt , amchoor , garam masala and some Almond powder
Chopped cilantro and green Chili’s
Grated giver can be added too
And stuff them n make it in mustard oil or regular oil
Sprinkle some water in between if required
Also cover n cook initially n later let it roast in open
