 Bhisma Pancake Recipes 

Ingredients

Potatoes 

Salt 

Ground Peanuts 

 Cashews 

Raisins


Method:  

Wash and peel Potatoes, Boil them until cooked and soft 

Mash potatoes in a bowl add rock salt to taste  and coarsely ground peanut for binding 

you may also acid chopped cashews and raisins if you like 

pat into cutlets and places on a silicone mat 

Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven of 200c

Offer and serve with fresh Coconut & Ginger Chutney
