Shefu Curry

 






Ingredients


Dill

 Potato 

 Green chilies

 Haldi  

Oil

 Salt 

 Dhaniya Powder 

Red Chilli 


Method :

In oil 

Splutter jeera and Hing and ginger 

Add one medium potato and two bunches of dill and chopped Chili’s (green )

Add Haldi Namak 

Let it cook on the sim and then when Potatoes are done 3/4 add Dhaniya powder and red chili 

And stir and leave it for 2 to 3 mins and switch off the gas 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Mine is an induction so I switch off, I can keep cooking further for additional 2 mins and then switch off
