 For noodles 

Ingredients

Noodles

Salt

Cabbage

 Carrots 

Green peppers or colored peppers

 Oil 

Ginge 

Soy Sauce

 Red Chilies Sauce

 Ketchup

 Black Pepper Powder 

Butter



Method

Boil water then adds the noodles with some salt. 

Let it boil till noodles are 3/4th done. Drain the water and add little oil over it. 


Chop veggies like cabbage,, carrots, green peppers if colored peppers available use those as well. 

In a wok add oil, grated or fine cut ginger, veggies..add soy sauce, red chilies sauce, and ketchup. Add salt black pepper powder little and add noodles mix well. Add butter at the end to enhance the taste.
