Kachori

 









Ingredients

Urad Dal 

Ginger Paste

Chilli paste 

Aniseed Paste 

Maida

 Ghee 

Salt

 Sugar

oil for deep fry

Kachori can be made with various dals,  with urad dal, it needs to be soaked and coarsely ground then add ginger paste, chilly paste, and aniseed paste.

Cook all the above together with little oil, salt and sugar.

The stuffing is ready.

Now prepare the outer dough ( originally with maida, ghee and salt)


Stuff , roll and fry 🥰🙇🏻‍♀️
