Italian Veg Soup

 








Recipe for Italian veg soup:

Ingredients

Butter 

Carrots 

Potato 

Broccoli 

Zucchini 

 Italian Spices

 Red Chilli Flakes

 Milk 

Salt 

Cheese 

Pepper 

Cilantro

In a sauté pan, add 2 spoons butter, carrots, potato, broccoli, zucchini pieces and water sufficient water to boil. Once boiled all the veggies, let them cool down, and blend in a mixer. 

In the same pan add little butter, Italian spices, red chili flakes, and veg mixture with little milk, and salt bring to one boil & add cheese(optional), peeper & cilantro.
