Choclate Sponge Cream Dessert

 



Ingredients

Sev

Barfi/Kalakand

 Custard 

Jelly

 Sabja 

Fruits 

Cake

 Chocolate 

Fresh cream

 Cherry/Strawberry/Blueberries 

Dried fruits 


Method:

Take a tall glass or a dessert glass.         Add Sev Barfi or kalakand mithai at the bottom add custard let the mithai get soaked a bit next add a layer of jelly(veg) then add a layer of Sabja and fruits of your choice(  avoiding watery and runny fruits)next sponge cake(I use whole flour/maida with dates as the sweetener) then top it with melted Chocolate ( use dark Chocolate mode slab or carob )you can keep in the refrigerator for a while for the diff layers to be formed and seen through the glass ... Add fresh cream .... top it with a cherry or strawberry and blueberries on top.ps( a layer of dried fruits can also be added if you wish to).
