Rabadi: 

Ingredents

 Milk Milkpowder-4tbsp

 Cashew Powder-4tbsp  

Sugar-6tbsp 

Cardamom powder 

Saffron

Method:

Boil milk for 3-4 hrs on low flame, but its still not so thick so I add 4 tbsp milk powder and 4 tbsp of cashew powder in it. Since I didn’t have cashew powder today, I added 6 tbsp of milk powder for about 2 ltrs of milk. Also add 6 tbsp sugar (it takes less sugar as sugar syrup already has sugar), cardamom powder and saffron.
