Gujarathi kadhi
Ingredients
Curd-1&1/4
water-2cups
Besan-2tbsp
salt
Ginger
Chilli Paste
Cinnamon stick
Sugar
Seasoning
Ghee
Jeera
Curry leaves
Crushed Cinnamon
Method :
Mix 1 and ¼ cup curd, 2 cups water, 2 tbsp besan, salt, ginger, and chili paste. Crush the cinnamon stick using a crushing tool made of stone or metal. Cinnamon is the main ingredient in Gujarathi kadhi. For seasoning add ghee, jeera, curry leaves (some curry leaves, we can crush in curd and water mixture), and crushed cinnamon. Add seasoning when kadhi is about to boil. Add some sugar.
Kadhi is ready to offer.
