Ingredients


125g butter

125g castor or plain sugar

1 and 3/4 to 2 cups Ananya flour

1tsp bicard

1 cup soured milk

Cream butter 

 sugar

Method

Add flour

Add little  milk at a time until you get a cake batter consistency

You can add rind or juice as flavour

Bake at 180. Use paper cups, very delicate
