Quinoa 

Potatoes

Cumin seeds Powder 

Coriander Powder 

Red Chilli Powder 

Fasting Salt 

Cabbage (Optional)

Oil

Recipe for Quinoa Tikki: Bring to a rolling boil quinoa with roughly twice amount of water. Once it boils, reduce flame to medium flame & cover & cook. Boil a potato & peel & mash. Once quinoa is at room temperature, add mashed potato, homeground roasted cumin seed powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, fasting salt, cabbage chopped (optional). Mix well to bind. Make tikkis with gteased hands & pan fry with little oil till brown on both sides. Ready to offer to Krishna😊
