Jowar Roti

 







Ingredients

Jowar Atta- 3/4 cup 

Water-1 cup 


 This is fresh jowar atta so no tricks in it. But if you use atta in US make a Ukad that is steam the flour. Boil water a cup add 3/4 cup atta mix it switches off the gas and keeps covered. This is called as ukad. Then knead the flour with warm water. No salt. Then we have to pat the dough.
