Idly with Quinoa

 



Ingredients

Urad Dal -2/3 cup 

Quinoa -1Cup

Brown Rice Flour - 1cup

Salt 

Method

I tried another healthy idli version

2/3 cup urad dal, 1 cup quinoa, 1 cup brown rice flour. 

Rinse and Soak urad dal and quinoa for 6-8 hours.

Blend separately, mix, add rice flour. Ferment and make idllis
