Idly with Idly Rice

 







Ingredients

Urad Dal - 1 Cup

Idli Rice - 3 Cups

Poha - 1 handful

Sabudana -1 handful

Methi -1Tsp

I cup urad dal. 3 cups idli rice, one handful of Poha, and one handful of Sabudana 1 tsp methi.

Soak urad dal for 6-8 hours in one bowl 

Soak Rice, Poha & Sabudana  in another bowl 

 Grind urad dal till it is nice and frothy. Rice,  Poha, and Sabudana can be soaked together for grinding after the urad dal

Add salt in the batter

After some time make idly in the Idly pan .
