Hara Bara Paneer Kebab Recipe by Anitha Raamiya Mataji

 


Process:

Blanch spinach in hot water 2 mins and run under cold water for this will retain its colour

After cools down, squeeze out excess water from spinach 

In  a mixer add the spinach , mutter 2tbspn, ginger , harimirch 3nos.,puthina lil,grind altogether like paste.

In a kadai add ghee lil, splutter cummin seeds, add the grinded paste and saute 2mins .

In a kadai dry roast 1tbspn gram flour for 2mins.

Take one boiled potato,  mash it , add grinded spinach , roaster gram flour,  panneer crumbled , dhaniya pdr 1/2tspn, haldi lil, kasoorimethi lil ,pinch garam masala, salt. Mix altogether and make a dough. 

Now take lil and make round shape ,flatten , keep one cashew in center and fry them in oil . Can deep fry or shallow fry.in low to medium flame .

Remove it serve to Lord
