Momos and Chutney

 For momos pastry 

Maida acc to your quantity, lil oil add and salt , make dough 

Rest 2 hrs 


Filling

Grind cabbage , carrot coarsely ( this is grating process , but I did in mixer so tht its easy) 

Along with add ginger and chilli and grind 

Take oil in pan 

Add grinded mixture 

Add pepper powder , salt , soya sauce 

Saute 3mins 

Add coriander leaves 

Keep aside filling 

Take momos dough , make small balls, flatten ,stuff filling and staem for 20 mins in low flame.


For chutney 
In cooker Take 4 tomatoes  , add kashmiri red chilli 6 nos, add water 
Keep 5 whistle
After cooling grind to paste along with lil ginger 
Take a pan ,add oil,  pour the mixture
Add tbspn sugar , ketchup 2tbspn, salt as per requirement, vinegar / lemon juice 1tspn 
Keep in med flame and stir till its thick 
That's it
