Strawberry Cheese Cake
1st layer - Base:
Walnuts, dates, vanilla essence & coconut crushed in the mixer. Set it nicely in the spring form mold. Refrigerate 30 mins2nd layer - chocolate cake:
Mix all the below ingredients together. Don’t over mix,
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup carob powder
1 teaspoon Baking pdr
1/4 tsp baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup Water
1/3 cup oil melted butter
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
Bake for 28 mins on 340 degree or until done. Let it cool & then add it on the top of the 1st layer

3rd layer - chocolate ganache:
melt dark chocolate & add whipping cream to get think creamy texture. This goes onto Chocolate cake. Refrigerate to set.
4th layer - cheesecake:
soften 16 oz cream cheese.
Add 1 cup whipped cream (soft peak)
Vanila essence & salt
Purée strawberry. Add 2 tbsp agar agar, sugar & boil till it thickens. Let it. Cool. Add to cream cheese mixture & add on the top of chocolate ganache.
Decorate with fresh strawberries & refrigerate at least for 8-10 hrs before serving.
Top this with strawberry sauce ( boil strawberry purée & sugar till sauce like consistency. Let it cool)
