Part 2 Procedure:

After making cake batter, split it into many parts. Add vibrant colors to each of them. When you are ready to place cake pan in oven, then pour first color into exact center of pan. Then without disturbing the pan pour second color into exact center of the pan. Once all colors are poured, then without shaking much, place the pan immediately into preheated oven and bake.
