Ingredients / Procedure

Chauli( small black eyed beans).
My neighbor gave these mix beans.
Soak it . As they cook fast so no need to pressure cook.
I make these simple ones.
In a pan add oil, cumin seeds grated ginger, hing and dessicated coconut ( dry or wet) any is ok. Add haldi, coriander and cumin powder, Red chillie powder little. You get GODA masala. Add fresh coriander in the masala itself. It is used in Maharashtrian cooking. Mix well and then add these soaked beans. Cover and cook. Done add water yet.
Let it cook in with steam. After sometime add water ( hot) and cook as per your taste.

Note : if you don't get GODA masala try the chole masala instead or Rajma masala that tastes great as well.
