Ingredients and Procedure

Warm milk 3/4 cup
Add half lemon to curlde it
Add vanilla essence 1tspn
Add oil 1/4 cup
Mix above ingredients
Seive maida/ wheat 3/4 cup , 1/2 cup sugar pdr, 1/2tspn baking pdr , 1/4 tspn baking soda , pinch of cooking salt
Add milk gradually ,approx 1/2 cup
Mix in cut fold manner
Batter shd be lil thin
Take a rectangular baking tray
Spread evenly on it
Tap 10times the tray
Bake in preheated oven for 180° c 12 mins

Take out the cake , place on butter sheet
Now Take jam and make it hot so that it gets thin consistency
Take fresh cream , add vanilla essence 1/tspn , 1/tbspn powder sugar , mix well
Spread on cake the jam evenly ,followed by cream
Carefully roll the cake along with butter sheet and make like toffee with both ends wrapped. Refrigerate for an hour to set.

Now Take cake out from fridge
In plate put some jam , and on other dessicated coconut
Now roll the cake carefully on jam then dessicated coconut
Keep in fridge for 15mins to set
That's it , remove and offe
