Matar Karanji - Green pea puffs
Stuffing
Coarsely blend Green peas.
Grate ginger green chillies. Saute well, add asafoetida, fennel seeds, blended green peas. Mix well. Add salt a little sugar, chat masala, garam masala coriander and let it cook.
Covering
Take 1 cup all purpose flour add salt add ghee about 2 tbsp and mix well. Knead well with water.
Procedure
Roll small puri size rounds stuff the peas stuffing. Make like the shape of semi circles. Close edges well. Fry in oil.
