Tricks for the crispy dosa shared by Preethi Mataji

It is a quick and simple trick used in restaurants.


Use your regular dosa batter whatever your measurements could be. 

Take 5 cups of your batter, Add some 3-4 tsp rice flou, 2 tsp rava, 1 tsp besan, 1 tsp sugar, a little salt enough for the flours you have added. Add a little water to loosen the batter and mix it up really well. 

Now make the dosa and cook only on one side, the other side will get cooked even without tossing the dosa over. 

Cook with a mix of oil and ghee for a good flavor. Fold it and serve your deities Bangalore style dosas.
