Palak Paneer

 





Procedure:

Wash palak 

Blanch it by adding hot water. Drain the hot water after 2 to 3 minutes and let the palak sit in cold water

Blend the palak (not too fine)


In a pan add oil and ghee 

Add Cinnamon stick, ginger grated and cumin seeds

Add 2 chopped tomatoes, let them cook well, add little coriander powder and red chilli powder (very little)

Add 1 or 2 green chillies in the oil 

Now add the blended mixture of palak.

Add salt and let it cook for a minute 

Add 2 tbsp fresh cream 

Mix well 

Saute paneer in a pan and add it
