Bhutte ka khiss

 





Ingredients / Procedure 

Take 2 big corn and grate them with the biggest grating option 

In a pan add oil, little cumin seeds, 1 green chili slit, curry leaves (optional)

Now add the grated corn and mix well. Cover and cook. Keep stirring

After 2 to 3 minutes add red chili powder 1/2 spoon and mix well


Dry roast besan atta (chickpea flour) about 2 tbsp and add to the corn mixture. 

Mix well - cover and cook

Add 1/4cup milk and cook - this helps to add richness and makes the corn soft 

Let it cook for another 2 minutes. 

Milk will be absorbed completely 

Add fresh coriander leaves and a little lemon zest - mix well

Garnish with fresh coconut (optional)
