Makandi hulwa

 


Ingredients
 
1 cup semolina
1 1/2 milk
1/2 cup ghee
sugar 1 cup
2 tbs raisins
1 tbsp almonds crushed
1 tbs desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder 1 tsp
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
 
Mix milk and semolina and keep aside for 10 minutes
melt ghee add the sugar, and cook on medium flame till the sugar dissolves caramelized,
and then add the milk and semolina it will splatter, mix and then on the stove, keep stirring so that it dose not get lumps in it and cook on medium flame till all the liquid dries and starts to leave the ghee on pan.
now add the raisins, grated coconut, pistachio, almonds mix well,
Transfer to bhoga plate serve Lord with love
