HOW TO MAKE GUJRATI STYLE ADADIYAPAK HERE IS FULL RECIPE TRY FOR LORD
 
Ingredients:
 
2 cups, Urad dal flour( black gram flour
2 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Ghee
For roasting
1 1/2 cup Ghee
1 /4 cup almonds chopped
For sugar syrup:
2 cups Sugar or 1 1/2 as per choice
1 cup Water
1/2 Cardamom Powder
2 tbsps Dry ginger powder
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
 
In a mixing bowl combine, urad dal flour, milk, ghee.Mix well.
Rub flour with palm for 2-3 minutes and keep side for 30 minutes.
Now sieve prepared flour and break lumps with your hands. The texture of sifted flour should be crumbly
Heat the ghee in heavy kadai Add flour mixture.
Continuously stir it on medium flame till the mixture is slightly brown in color.
Meanwhile, combine 1 1/2 cup sugar and water in a pan. Prepare a sugar syrup of 1 string consistency and keep ready.
When flour starts to get brown color, add chopped almonds and dry ginger, cardamom powder. Saute for a few of minutes.
Turn off the flame
Allow the mixture to cool a bit. (Do not cool completely) When mixture is lukewarm, combine it with sugar syrup. Mix well.
Garnish with chopped almonds
Allow it to set for a 4 to 5 hours. Cut into square shape
