Ripe Banana Paratha

 

 

 
Ripe banana paratha, 
 
Ingredients:
 
2 ripe bananas
1 Cup whole wheat flour
1Tsp ghee
Water as required to make a soft dough
 
INSTRUCTION:
 
Slice the banana and mash it completely with a potato or fork in a bowl
Add a pin
Into the bowl, add 1 Cup flour
Add little ghee
Next pour water little by little
Crumble the flour and knead till soft dough is formed
Apply ghee and set aside for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into fist sized balls
Roll into chapathis, dust with flour
Roast chapathis on a hot tawa
Apply ghee and roast on both sides, serve with Lord butter or curry
