Bean Patties Burrito

 


 

Ingredients :

Black Beans - 3 Cups 

Shredded  Carrot-1 

Zucchini -1 

Squash -1

Boiled benas 

Ginger

Hing

Jeera Powder

Oats -2 cups

Gram Masala 

Red chilli 

Gram Flour -1cup

Raw Mango

Green chilli 

Coconut 

Coriander Chuntey

Salt 


 Method :

 Green thing is coriander chutney mj with coconut, ginger, green Chilli and raw mango, water,  salt.

Usually I put glaucomoli and salsa but today I made indian version of it with green chutney .

Patties recipe
3 cups black beans soaked overnight
Boil next morning 8 to 10 whistles. Drain water.  
In a bowl mix
Shredded 1 carrot,  1 zucchini and 1 squash,
Boiled beans, ginger,  heeng,  2 cups oats,  3/4th cup to 1 cup gram flour, lot of mdh chaat masala. Red chili,  coriander powder. Jeera powder,  salt, little garam Masala.  
Mash all ( if you need, use more besan to bind ) and bind in a form of long roll or pattie and roast on a tawa with few drops of oil. Flip and press and make it crispy.  
Make regular chapati and put a pattie and chutney on top and offer to Krishna.  
And same pattie can be used for bean burger also.
