SALTY AND SWEET MASALA COOKIES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour 1 1/3 cup
Butter 1 cup or ghee
Cashew 5
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Fennalseed 1 tsp
Poppyseed 1 tsp
Redchilli 1
Corn four 2 tbsp
Powder sugar 1/2 cup or as per taste
Salt 1/2 tsp, as per choice
METHOD:
Heat a pan
Rost the coriander cashew clave black pepper Fennalsee cumin poppyseed gred chillies and until golden brown.
Cool the mixture and grind to a powder. Keep side
In bowl beat the butter and sugar using a whisk or electric mixer until light and fluffy
Add the flour ,corn flour ,now add masala , dry fenugreek,and Beat until a smooth dough forms
Stir in or fold
Shape the dough into a round , rectangular or square log. Chill for atleast an hour.
Preheat your cooker 10 minutes . Line a cookie sheet with parchment. Bake on
for 12 to 15 minutes or edges are golden brown.
