Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate Cheesecake recipe !!
Layer 1: Chocolate cake
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cacao powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup Water
1/3 cup oil melted butter
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together. Don’t over mix. Bake for 28 mins on 340 degree or until done. Let it cool
2nd layer: The Chocolate Ganache
3 oz/85 gm chopped semisweet chocolate
1/3 cup/80 ml whipping cream
Heat whipping cream until it's about to boil and then pour it into a bowl containing the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 3 minutes then gently whisk until everything it combined.
Layer chocolate cake with this
Layer 3: Chocolate Cheesecake
8 oz/230 gm semisweet chopped chocolate
14 oz/400 gm cream cheese
maraschino cherries chopped
1 cup/120 gm icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup
Melt chocolate and set aside to slightly cool. In a bowl, put in cream cheese and whisk for a few minutes until light and fluffy. Add in icing sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Pour in the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture. Continue to mix until everything is well combined. Add cherries to this mixture. Add Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk whipping cream until soft peaks. Then pour it into the chocolate cream cheese mixture and gently fold using a spatula until everything is well combined. Pour onto chocolate ganache and spread evenly. Chill in the fridge overnight or until fully set.
4th layer: whip caramel & whipped till soft peak. Spread it over the cheesecake.
Decorate with chocolate cage, molded chocolates & maraschino cherries
