How to make spinach noodles at home
 
INGREDIENTS
 
1 cup rice flour / chawal ka atta
1cup water
1/2 cup spinach grind pastel or juice
salt to taste
1 tsp ghee
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
Firstly, in a kadai take 1,cup of water. 1/2 cup grind spinach
also add salt and ghee
stir well and get water to boil
further simmer the flame, and add roasted rice flour.
mix continuously till the dough is formed.
now turn off the flame, cover and rest for 5 minutes.
Furthermore, with wet hands, knead and combine together.
 
Be careful, as the dough is going to be very hot.
now take noodle mould and fix to the chakli maker.
grease the chakli maker with some oil. this prevents dough from sticking to mould.
now make a cylindrical shape out of dough and place the dough inside maker. keep covered the rest dough else they will turn hard.
Tighten the lid and start preparing noodles
on the greased idli plate press in circular motion.
further, steam it for 10 minutes.
 
Finally, now ready to make noodle or upma, same you can make beetroot, noodles, pumpkin
