PAFDA RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 Cup Gram Flour ,Besan 1 1/2 cup
1 tsp Carom Seeds, 1 tbsp
1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper : 1 tbsp
1/4 tsp Baking Soda : a pinch
2 Oil tbsp + as required for deep fry
Salt to taste
Water as required
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large blow, add 2 tbsp oil, salt, 1 teaspoon , 1 tsp crushed black pepper, carom seeds ( ajwain ), and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda together in a bowl and mix well.
Add the gram flour ,add water little by little and make a soft dough just like chapatti dough. Knead the dough at least for 1-2 minutes and add 2 oil again knead the dough nicely and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes covering with cotton towel
After resting take a some portion of the dough and give them oval shape and place it on a greased surface.
Roll out the thin layer and cut out strips from it.
Fry these strips over medium heat until crisp. Now ready offer supreme Lord jalebi
