Mini Cheese Cake

 

 





 
Ingredients: 

 Crust :
Biscuits( Any type) - 5oz
Unsalted butter -1/4th cup
Honey -1tsp
 

Filling :
Cream cheese -12oz
Sugar-1/3cup
Vanilla extract-1tsp
Whipping cream -1/3cup
Plain yogurt -1/3cup
Condensed milk -1/4cup
Cornstarch-1tsp
Milk-1-2tsp
Cupcake tray
 

Instructions:
Place cookies in a food processor and mix until fine crumbs from .
Add honey , melted butter and mix until evenly combined
Line muffin moulds and divide the cookie crust in to muffin molds.
Press cookie crust mix on the bottom of each mild to crest compact crust
*Filling : *
In a large bowl place cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and mix until creamy .
Add whipping cream and mix about 2 minutes entail starts thickening .
Add condensed milk, yogurt and mix just until combined.
In a small bowl add luckwarm milk to cornstarch and mix until smooth and combined
Pour the milk mix into the cheesecake batter and mix until combined.
Place the filling over the crust of molds and smooth the surface .
Bake in preheated over at 350F or 160C  for 15 mins .
Be careful to not overbake , in 15 mins they are ready .
Remove from the oven , let it is slightly cool down at room temperature for 10-15 mins then refrigerator at least for 1 hr
You can  store in refrigerator for about 5 days .
The Mini Cheese cakes are ready you can decorate with  strawberries, raspberries with M&M ….
They are ready to offer and you can also enjoy .
