Ingredients :

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp yogurt


Recipe-

Heat heavy cream in a pan till it’s hot ( not boiling hot). Pour in a glass container and mix yogurt well. Leave it overnight in a warm place ( like oven) to set.
Next morning, put the container in fridge for 1-2 hours ( just to cool it down).
In a blender take this yogurt and 2 cup chilled water, and blend till butter separates, you can see water at the bottom of jar.
Separate Makhan ( strain or simply take out with spoon). It’s ready to serve as is or with mishri, and tulsi leaf 🙏
