Fresh Butter

 

 


 Ingredients :

Fresh milk 

Yogurt

Instructions :

Boil milk , once it cools down a thick layer of cream is formed. Carefully take that cream from the milk and store in a box and keep in fridge. Like that collect cream for 4 days- 1 week. You can collect from yogurt too. After  you get nice amount, you take out the cream into a blender and pulse for 2 mins. Pour little water in the blender . You will get nice and fresh butter floating . Strain the water and use butter .
Cream should come to room temperature before putting in the blender.  Hope it helps . Thank you
