Caramel Syrup Donuts

CARAMEL SYRUP DONUTS RECIPE. YEAST FREE. IF FOLLOW EXACTLY PROCESS IT WILL COME OUT PERFECT
INGREDIENTS FOR DONUTS
1/2 cup of all purpose flour/ maida
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsps butter
2 tbsps milk powder optional
1 cup hot milk or as required
Oil for deep fry
METHOD
Take 1/2 cup maida all purpose flour,1/2 of wheat flour
Into a medium bowl, sift together the 1/2 cups of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of wheat flour, 2 tbsp milk powder 1/4 tsp baking powder and /1/4 tsp baking soda, and add 2 tbsps of butter mix all ingredients, keep side, In another medium bowl, whisk the 1/2 cup of sugar powder with the 1/ 4 cup of hot milk.and add 1tsp lemon juice Whisk same detection 1 to 2 minutes, then add flour little by little mix same direction, add if milk required
add 1 tsp butter knead it for 1 minutes
Roll little thick.
Cut Using a smaller cover/cookie cutter, cut in between the circle to form a donut shape.
Remove the excess dough (you can roll the excess
Heat oil in a deep pan
Now gently lift the donut
Fry them both sides on low heat until golden brown.
Transfer the cooked donut to a plat keep. side .now make caramel syrup
HOW TO HOME CARAMEL SYRUP AT HOME
INGREDIENTS FOR BUTTER SCOTCH SYRUP
1 /3 cup sugar ,
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
METHOD
Take 1/3 cup sugar in a thick bottomed pan. I used my tempering kadai.
Simmer the flame completely and let it begin to melt by itself. Do not stir the sugar.
Sugar will melt, the color will change to amber and then to a dark brown color like jaggery syrup.
Immediately add butter,quick mix well than pour 2 tbsp milk mixd well
Heat the caramel 1 to minute now deep donuts into butter scotch syrup donuts take out family serve lord
