Cheese Cake
INGREDIENTS :
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can condensed milk
1 cottage cheese
1 cup fresh cream
2 cups biscuits
1/3 cup butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
Crush biscuits in food processor. Add butter and mix. Press base in a bottom less pan and chill for 30 minutes, blend cottage cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice till creamy. Whip up fresh cream until stiff peaks are formed. Fold into by cottage cheese mixture for about 30 seconds. Put onto chilled base, bake for 5 minutes and chill overnight
Decorate with strawberry jam
