Instant Aloo Idly




INGREDIENTS:

 
One boiled potato
1cup rava
Half a cup curd
For thadukka
Kadugu one teaspoon
Ulundhu one teaspoon
Kadalai paruppu one teaspoon
Jeeragam one teaspoon
Fine chopped Green chillie 2-3
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Eno one teaspoon


INSTRUCTIONS :


Grind the potato in mixi and make a paste.
Take a pan and put oil and add kadugu, ulundhu, kadalai paruppu, curry leaves and jeeragam then add rava and fry it until the aroma comes.
Make it cool and add the potato paste and curd, salt and water  make a batter and keep it rest for 20 minutes. Now add eno and   mix it well. Now idly batter is ready. Greece the idly plate and put the batter and steam it for 10 minutes. Now potato instant idly is ready. Offer it with coconut chutney to our lordships and have the yummy prasadi🙏🙏
