Hyderabadi Panner Masala

 


 

Hyderabadi Paneer Masala recipe 


Ingredients:

Oil - 4 tbsp
Clove, dalchini, elachi
Sounf - 1 tsp
Ginger chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Tomatoes - 10
Palak - handful
Coriander - handful
Paneer cubes - 250gm

Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Haldi - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS :

Put oil in a kadai n put clove, dalchini, elachi, sounf, ginger paste, tomatoes, palak leaves n coriander leaves, haldi, salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder n garam masala powder n fry well. Cool the mixture n blend to smooth paste.

Put oil in another kadai n add ghee n then pour the smooth paste n add curd n fresh cream n little water to it, mix well n then add paneer cubes n boil for a while. Hyderabad paneer masala is ready to be offered to Their Lordships with a Tulasi leaf on the top of it. It goes well with any fried rice, Veg pulao or biryani or roti n chapaties.
