Ekadashi Punugulu

 


INGREDIENTS :

Samo -2 cups 

RajGira Flour-1 Cup

Grated Carrot-1/2 cup

Coorinder leaves -2Tbsp

Curry leaves-few

Green Chilli-3-4

Black pepper Powder-1/2Tbsp

Water

Salt

Oil -For deep fry

 INSTRUCTION:

 Grind samo & mix with rajgira flour (2:1 ratio). Add grated carrot, chopped hara dhania, curry leaves, green chilli chopped or black pepper powder, water, salt. Mix to make a dough such that you can form balls in hand. Heat oil for frying & when oil is hot, fry these balls on medium flame by turning till golden brown on all sides. Remove to paper towel to remove excess oil. Ekadashi punugulu is ready. Serve with love to Lord Krishna with chatni of your choice or tomato sauce
