Vanilla Cake



*Ingredients: *


2 and 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour

Baking Powder- 2Tbsp

1 Baking Soda - 1tsp

Salt- 1/4tsp

Sugar- 2Tbsp

Sweetened Condensed Milk -1 can

Water- 1cup

Vinegar-2Tbsp

Vanilla  Extract - 2Tbsp

Butter -1/2 cup ( Melted)


Instructions : 


Preheat the oven at 350F/180C for 15 minutes. 

Lightly grease a 9×13 inch pan and line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda salt, & Sugar

Now add all wet ingredients in dry ingredients one by one and stir well 

 Stir the mixture together using a whisk.

Pour the batter in the prepared pan and tap the pan to even it out and break the air bubbles if any.

Bake it for 25-35 minutes.

the cake turned out to be perfect.

Transfer the pan to a cooling rack and remove the cake after 15-20 minutes. 

Place the cake on the rack for it to cool down completely.


*whipped Cream Frosting *

Ingredients: 


Powder Sugar-1 Cup 

Heavy Whipping Cream-2 cups

Vanilla Extract -1teaspoon 

Cream Cheese ( optional)


Instructions 

In a medium bowl, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and Vanilla extract beat until smooth and thick using a hand mixer.

While mixing at medium-high speed, slowly add the heavy whipping cream. 

Continue whipping until the frosting becomes thicker, consistency to spread as an icing
