Ekadasi Vada
INGREDIENTS :
1/4 cup sabudana
1 boiled small potato
2 Tbsp Roasted crushed peanut powder
1 green chills,
1 piece of ginger,
Small piece of cabbage,
coriander leaves,
curry leaves,
Salt
Jeera,
water & oil.
INSTRUCTIONS :
Take a mixi jar, blend samo & sabudana to fine powder.
In pan take 2 1/2 cups of water, add salt & 1 tsp oil and bring it boil. Then add the samo powder, stir it well(no lumps) and cook it for 4 minutes and stir in between.
Base mixture is ready.
Once cool down the mixture mash it with hands and add grated boiled potato, grated ginger, green chili pieces, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cabbage small cuts, jeera & salt. Mix it well.
Apply some oil to your palms, take small portions of mixture, make ball and put hole in middle with your finger and deep fry them in oil.
Super tasty Ekadasi Vada ready
