Cabbage Mango Chutney

 




INGREDIENTS :

Cabbage -1 (small size )

Raw mango-1 small 

 Jeera -1teaspoon 

Green chillies 

Peanuts-1-2spoons, 

Dhaniya Powder -1 spoon  

Curry leaves 

Salt 

METHOD :

In a frying pan add oil, Jeera and green chillies ( I used 2 short spicy + 8 long chillies which are not spicy)  fry them for a min and add 1  chopped cabbages small size.

Sauté until cabbage softens. Don’t overcook the cabbage.

Pick all the chillies from the dish and keep it aside.

In a mixi jar add chillies, roasted peanuts(2-3 spoons), 1 small raw mango cuts & salt.( home made Dhaniya  powder 1 spoon -optional) make it a paste and then add cabbage blend it less than a min. 

Add coriander and tadka(red chilli, Jeera, curry leaves on little oil)for the chutney.
