Paneer Tikka Recipe

Ingredients

Green Chutney-2spoons

Ginger Paste - 1tsp

Salt 

Lemon Juice -1Tsp

Curd -1Tsp

Garam Masala -1/2 Tsp

Besan Flour-1Tsp

 Oil -1tsp 

Turmeric 

Chili Powder 

 Method :

Marination: 

In a bowl, add 2 spoons of green chutney,  1 Tsp ginger paste, salt, 

1 Tsp lemon juice, 1 Tsp curd, 1/2 TspGaram masala, 1 Tsp Besan flour, 1 Tsp oil, turmeric & chili powder. Mix them well make a thick paste.


Add paneer cubes to that mixture. Marinate for couple of hrs and then shallow fry with little oil
