Palak Paneer

 



Ingredients :


Tomatoes -2-3

 Spinach -2 cups  

Panner - 15-20 cubes

 Hing 

 Oil 

 Jeera 

 Green chili 

Ginger

 Haldi,

 Red Chilli,

 Gram Masala 

Dhaniya Powder 

Kasturi Methi

Salt 

 Heavy whipping cream/ Sour cream/Yogurt/milk 


Method :

In oil add 

Hing

Zeera 

Green chili 

Crushed ginger and tomatoes ( don’t grind it )

Cook it for a while and add spices( Haldi, Lal Mirch, garam masala, and Dhaniya powder ) if you like it tastes good without any spices too ( just salt is enough )

But add Kasuri methi( handful )

Add chopped spinach and keep it covered for few mins , then open and let all water evaporate then add paneer ( either sautéed or as is )

And cover it and simmer for a min or so .

U can add a splash of cream or some sour cream or milk ( tastes good )

Ready to offer 🙏🏼🥰
