Ekadasi Sanswich /Rap



 

Ingredients :

 Ekadasi Flour 

Yogurt

Cabbage

Tomatoes 

Cucumber 

Italian Herbs 

Cream Cheese 

Butter/Cheese

Salt 


Method :


First, take any Ekadashi flour  and mix the dough  and rest for 10 -15 mins 

then make them in small balls and roll with a rolling pin in small size puri 

the on the pan rost on both sides like chapati with little butter or ghee 

Cut all the veggies of your choice into small pieces, I have taken  Cabbage, Tomatoes &  Cucumber you can add any veggies whatever your kids or you prefer 

when it is little warm  spread yogurt or Cream cheese 

Then add the veggies which you cut into small pieces tomatoes, cabbage,  cucumber 

then add a little salt and sprinkle Italian herbs

Or you can mix every in thing in one bowl 

take yogurt, Cabbage tomatoes, cucumber , add salt & Italian herbs cilantro them mix everything & spread that on Chapati.

You can roll it or just you can  offer to Lord in that way only  and kids will love it on Ekadashi
