Carrots, Beetroot & Moongdal Smoothie

 



Ingredients 

Carrots-1cup

Beetroot medium -1/2 cup 

Celery -1/4 cup

Apple -2 

Banana -2

Moong Dal Spourts-1 cup 

Ginger small piece  

Honey 

Nuts (Almond, Pista, cashew, walnuts )

Method :

Soke whole green moong dal (spourts) for 5-6 hours  or overnight 

Take Carrot, beetroot, Celery, Apples, Banana, or if you want to add any other fruits it's up to you 

cut them into pieces and take everything in the juicer jar and add little water  blend them and then add nuts & honey   and blend again in  fine smoothie
