Shepu Bhaji /Dil Sabji

Shepu 

Mung dal 

Oil 

Green Chilies 

 Salt

Method :

Shepu bhaji / Dil Sabji ( with mung dal) can be made in so many varieties. I Will post as I make it. Dil is a herb for Mediterranean dishes. 

In Maharashtra, we make with dal.

Wash Shepu and chop it finely ( it is so pleasing to chop it🤪). 

Soak mung dal for 10 minutes.

In a pan add oil, green chilies. Then add the chopped leaves. The leaves loose lot of water. So don't add salt now. Saute well and then Add the soaked mung dal.. Mix well. Add salt and let it cook on medium flame. It doesn't have to be cooked thoroughly just 3/4th cooked is good. Done.
